I've finally managed to get some time to sit down and write my journal.  Lets start off with the basics, quite a few things have happened since my last entry; I will try and remember it all. SP2 Hope café have closed for a while because Kim has left to concentrate on fostering, she was a brilliant manager and I'm going to miss her.  The last manager was called Lottie but I couldn't warm up to her like I did Kim, I don't think Lottie really understood my autism that much; apparently she now lives in Africa. So I am going to try St Michaels community café, only problem is my buss pass has been stopped so I have to have £2 at the ready to get anywhere.  I'm hoping to get it sorted out with Fiona my support worker, Wiltshire Council are making it hard for disabled people to get anywhere. On the news a woman called Nichola Bully vanished in Lancashire while walking her dog, police said she had fallen into the river after leaving her mobile on a bench.  I ...

My back isn't 100 percent, especially in the mornings when I get out of bed where I have to move slowly.  I went to the community café at the Baptist church today, I like to go here as it's a chance for me to be with people.  Here you can get free drinks and slices of cakes, I'm in for a fright when I see my dietitian!  I took my hat making thing, god knows what I'm going to do with it when I've finished, I thought a tea cozy would come to mind or maybe a cup cover. I went to a quiz at the Boat House, we didn't win although i did enjoy the history  questions the most.

I'm getting over another sprained back yet again.  I did Parkrun on Saturday in Churchill gardens and I admit that i was a bit tired, I was fine on the Sunday and Monday morning; until I sat in the chair at Sarum community centre.  They keep using those cheap nasty chairs they have in schools, I honestly think they should be done away with.  I bent over and my back seized up, I could hardly walk to the bus stop.  I waited for the bus to go back into town as I had to go up the hospital to pick up some more pills, a lady drove past and asked if I wanted a lift.  I literally crawled into her car and got out at Endless street, thank goodness it wasn't raining. I'm now on a drug called Naproxan which has to be taken with food, it does work but after a while.  I'm using my walking poles to get around my flat, one night I was so stiff in bed it was agony.  I saw my pysio in Wilton yesterday, Wilton was dead as a doornail yesterday.  There are some...
