St George's day in the market today, I finally made an effort and out on a blue waistcoat and trousers, armed with a brolly ( rain was predicted) I left the house in high hopes. i felt a bit dubious about dressing up, but if a man can walk down the street in high heels and a mini skirt, then it isn't so bad. he lives over the road from me and has a beard, his legs are in better shape then mine! I got to admire him for his bravery at not carting what other people think. I met The Steam Henge Punks at the back of the Guild Hall and we sat by Reeve the bakers, my ear is still blocked which is a pain. We watched a display of George and Johnaphone the jester, I'm proud to be part of the Steam Punks. We sat in the Market Inn when the phone alarm went off, I had turned mine off but it started when I turned my phone back on again. Dad says his didn't go off.
