Leicestershire have gone back into lockdown as they have had another spike of Corvid-19, probably they were some of them on Bournemouth beach last weekend infecting Dorset.  None of the local's went down the beach, it was full of Londoners and brummies who should have stayed in their own area! Went up parents yesterday.  I'm down in the dumps because Saturday we would have gone on holiday to Cornwall, but instead because of that damned wet market and their polluted ways we've all been forced to stay at home in case we get infected!  I'm angry about this, because they live in a shithole, now sadly so do we through no choice of our own, life will never be the same again thanks to those idiots.  the Covidiots will sneak out of Leicester and flout the law because some people just don't care. Back to square one for these people, how depressing.

A lot has been happening over the past few days, just haven't had time to record it so I'll begin. Had the hottest day of the year on Thursday ( 29-30d ) it was lovely but I was roasting!  The sky was noisy again with planes, because Spain is allowing holiday makers again.   The day before I seriously thought about visitng Bournemouth, I asked the driver in Blue Boar Row and he said that they are only allowed 29 people on the bus.  To get back would be risky because a lot of the students won't wait and often rush the bus, one girl said the people who go down there don't care at all about social distencing; in the end I'm glad I didn't go.  The A30 was grid locked with Brummies taking six hours to get to Bournemouth! Bournemouth declared a nation emergency, the beaches were heaving with over 7,000 or more people.  Half of them were from Birmingham and London; why didn't the Londoners bugger off to southend and the Brummies up to Blackpool?  Instead they...

I saw my parents for the first time last sunday which was brillient, the government say we can form a 'family bubble' where one single person can visit reletives but no one else.  We had dinner together as a family which I have so missed, watched a movie called the big country afterwards.  I want to make use of them while they are still here, because one day they will be gone. Two women travelled to New Zealand with Corona and infected people again, they have now been isolated but probably not before the damage has been done.  They were visitng a dying parent.  Apparently  Beijing  have gone back into isolation because of new outbreaks; when will this ever end?

I'm writing this while it's still fresh in my mind.  Today I saw my lovely parents for the first time properly since March of the lockdown.  the government say we can form a family bubble which means that a single person can see their reletives, but not go anywhere else.   Yesterday I met up with Wendy Dewey and fran to take Patch for a walk to Sarum Castle, I felt like I was intruding but they said it was ok.  I've know Wendy since I was a baby, she said she saw me brought home in a blanket.  Most of the people we knew in Clifton Road are long gone, some of them are dead.  Like Mrs Racey who was Mrs Hallets sister, Mrs Hallet lived next door to us with her husband Bill. Wendy said that Mrs racey was as mad as a hatter, she gave me a doll when I went round her's once.  I get confused about her, someone said her fiancee stood her up at the alter. Lovely weather up Sarum Castle, we didn't go far, English heritage are open.  There's a fantastic ...

Sad news today.  Chris one of the neighbours at number 8 was found dead in his flat at 8.30 this morning, apparently he was found in his bathroom.  I am shocked because we had our moments but he was a nice guy, he owned a Jack russel called Patch.  I took Patch for a walk up to St Anne's gate and back and he did his doo's, grim picking it up ( sliding the bag inside out ).  If I die, who's going to read this blog?  People won't know it existed, they won't want to know anyway.  Fran his helper was really blaming herself, but there's nothing she could have done anyway. I was going to look after patch overnight but I was a bit anxiouse over it, so flat 6 have him which will be better, patch is a lovely dog who is 17yrs old ( that's the 70's in human years )  I feel really guilty I got anxious about not looking after Patch, they police are trying to find his sister I hope she can take Patch on. The Churchill statue in London has been boarded up, theyve als...

Lots of tape all over the floor of the George Mall, they are getting ready for the shops to open next Monday on the 15th.  I saw last Saturday there was a protest for the man who was killed ( or murdered ) by the police in the USA, they say black lives matter but then every life matters and racism is not and shouldn't be tolerated.  A statue in Bristol of a slave owner was pulled down and chucked into the river, some idiot also scrawled on a Winston Churchill statue that he was a racist; I think the guy who admitted to it needs to get his facts right with history!  Looks like the statue of Baden Powel in Pool might be the next target.  He founded the scout movement and watches Brownsea island, perhaps they should remove it and place it there? Baden Powel Roy my neighbour kindly helped me pot my lavender in the garden, I went to In-Xs to get the pots, they are much better value then Wilton garden centre.  The road was quiet I could hear the birds, the council wan...
