I'm writing this while it's still fresh in my mind. Today I saw my lovely parents for the first time properly since March of the lockdown. the government say we can form a family bubble which means that a single person can see their reletives, but not go anywhere else.

Yesterday I met up with Wendy Dewey and fran to take Patch for a walk to Sarum Castle, I felt like I was intruding but they said it was ok. I've know Wendy since I was a baby, she said she saw me brought home in a blanket. Most of the people we knew in Clifton Road are long gone, some of them are dead. Like Mrs Racey who was Mrs Hallets sister, Mrs Hallet lived next door to us with her husband Bill.

Wendy said that Mrs racey was as mad as a hatter, she gave me a doll when I went round her's once. I get confused about her, someone said her fiancee stood her up at the alter.
Lovely weather up Sarum Castle, we didn't go far, English heritage are open. There's a fantastic view across the countryside, sat on the grass (worried ass would get wet) felt like something out of the TV drama, last of the summer wine. We had to help someone with her shopping as they are still in isolation, so we went to Aldi in Amesbury, took Patch for a walk round the carpark. Aldi do lavandar so I wonder if Lidle's do? Bit worried, as one of my plants is a bit droopy.
Stopped off at Solstice park KFC, it's very kind of them to share their foor with me althrough I probably don't deserve it. Wendy's husband was at the Black lives matter protest in London, he was waiting to be signed in at St Thomase's hospital because things got out of hand; I hope the poor man is OK. A lot of racists have showed themselves out the woodwork which is horrifying, people are squaring up for a fight like in America.
Today I cycled up parents, I am still a bit worried but there is a testing area at the Beehive for Corona. I had to shout when speaking to mum, we had poptato and cornish pasty for dinner; it's nice to sit down as a family again. watched 'The Big Country' on TV, it's an old western made in 1958 and still a classic.
My armpit is weeping again, I'm having an ultra scan on it tommorrow which is a bit worrying. They are saying we could get another wave of the virus in September, China are already reporting new cases.
