It was my birthday on October 27th, I would have written earlier but things went so quickly.  I bought a gluten free cake to share up SP2 cafe, I'm not saying how old I am because I hate age and it's only a number. Apparently I came screaming into the world on a Friday at 11am, my mum thought I was wind!  Well I certainly came ' breezing in '.   At the time we lived at Clifton Road and where this house now stands, was a red telephone box where he had to go and phone the hospital to get mum in.  Dad wasn't in the room when I beamed out, there was a lovely Indian summer afterwards so I was told.  My earliest memory is of a seagull flying overhead with sunlit wings, I will write about Teignmouth later.   Aunt Joan sent me some money which was very kind of her, things are a bit different this year because of the pandemic.  I had some candles which Erin presented to me on a cup, I did make a wish but I'm not saying a word; har har. I st...

It's my birthday on Tuesday, it always falls during the half term and I've never had a proper birthday party, I feel I don't deserve it anyway.  Because I am autistic people never really liked to be seen with me when I was at school, probably because I was ( and probably still am ) regarded as an embarrassment because of the way I act.  After my parents go there will be no more presents and no one left alive who knows when my birthday is anyway.  I know material things arent the be and end all, but an era will end after my parents are gone. I will never ever again recieve the same affection and compassion from anyone else that they give me, because I sometimes feel no one gives a damn. Theyve got their own lives, why should they worry about some one like me.  I'll just have to get used to being lonely and forgotten about, I've got my memories of how happy I once was as a child. People say they care, but at the end of the day they will return to their lives and I...

It won't be the same going to Newquay next year without my parents, I shall be lonley with no one to share my adventures with.  I have kept a travel journey of our time down there, I may type it out one day in a seperate blog of the things we got up to.  Because dad's not to well now it's a bit much for mum to pack everything to go away, we didn't even go to aunt Joans this year which I'm not too fussed about.  She has an awful bed in the spare room of which the mattress she hasn't replaced for over 20 years!  It's creeky and it keeps me awake, it's a wonder the springs haven't broke through the bed!  I remember when we first went up there, Alan had a drum kit in his room and he started playing it and uncle Mike said ' not now please '.  Alan had Superman wallpaper, Liz was in the room at the end where I know stay when I come up.  I shared a room with my parents and slept on a camp bed, dad's snoring used to keep me awake or woke me up wh...

Stupid me caught a cold from someone in Cathdral close on Monday, luckly its not the plague.  I had my flu jab today at the old BHS store, I was a bit nervous about it because I don't like needle's at the best of times.  I took another one of Dot's plants up to SP2 cafe, I go up there with my puzzle book and chill out doing crosswords.  Pedestrianisation is suppossed to have started today but I havent noticed much difference. There's a programme on TV called 'help I'm a celebrety get me outta here' is usually held in Australia, but because of Covid it's being held in a castle in Wales; looks more like Colditz then anything hows that suppossed to be fun?  The building is 200 years old with an outside toilet, I thught outside loo's went with the disasaur period.  i have a fear of cgain pull toilets, and won't use them. Wales has gone into full lockdown so has Ireland, a woman in her 80's shouted at Boris Johnson saying she wasn't staying al...

Been a bit tied up with tending to Dots geraniums and roses, had to get Hugh to identify them.  I put a cover on my bigger greenhouse, it almost fits but it's better then nothing.  Apparently storm Barbara is on the way, hope it's not too bad.  My laptop is getting slower, i must get a HD webcam for my PC, they keep selling out in PC World.  I took another geranuim to the church on Sunday which i gave to kerry. Wales is going into full lockdown for three weeks on Friday, they aren't allowing anyone in or out, and they have closed the boarders.   Large parts of the North of England are headed towards Tier 3 lockdown, Matt Hancock has confirmed, these include Sheffield, Bradford, Manchester and Liverpool.  They call the lockdown in Wales a firebreak, which is totally stupid as it's not on fire.  Why are they using these pintless expressions?  I can expect that being said about Australia as they had bush fires etc, but not Wales! I saw my...

When I lived at Clifton Road with my parents in Salisbury, I did a bit of reasearch on the building lately and discovered the propert was built in 1901.  This must have been standing when the Titanic left for Ireland and it's final destination, I wonder what the rooms must have looked like then in 1912? My bedroom was at the back of the house and had a boarded up fireplace with only the blue mantlepiece visable, I also had Disney's alley cat wall paper which I naughtily sometimes wrote on.  At the end of our back garden was a red brick wall with a glased over window covered by a grid, I never knew what it's purpose was.  The building behind it must of had a fire because I remember the rafters were exposed to the elements, pidgeons used to land on the rafters while watching our house.  It was there when we moved in 1981, but that was the last I saw of it, because it was pulled down later. We had an outside loo with a wooden handel on the chain, the cistern was ...

I would like to move my duvet covers, pillow cases and sheets from the airing cupboard to one of the drawers under my bed, but that means having to sort out one of the drawers by my window; in anycase my whole airing cupboard needs a bloody good sort out. Large area's of the UK may be given stricter lockdown rules, many universities including Leeds and Newcastle have been tested as positive for the virus.  Another illegal rave at an abandoned pub in London last night will see more cases spread, complaints were received to the police of 'loud' music coming from the building. I went to SP2 cafe and did a puzzle book, i find crosswords relaxing although some of them I don't understand.  Sudoku I don't understand because it figures numbers, and my math's is totally rubbish.

Raining cats and dogs this morning, althrough in history it had been shown to have rained frogs in the past.  I was crossing the car park behind fabric land and it suddenly lashed it down, sheltering under a cover I thought how many shops are closing in salisbury lately.  The jewellers by Cowardines is closing down, Pizza Hut is now empty of any furniture as is the French cafe Rouge in the High street. These shops we will never see the like of again, I always found Cafe Rouge to be too expensive anyway; it was the last resturant the WI went into before the pandemic really took off. What really angers me is the amount of plastic single use masks that people just dump on the floor, why can't they put them in the bin!?  This just doesn't effect humans, but animals too.   “Plastic masks float like jellyfish in water so turtles can mistake them for food and other wildlife like seabirds can become tangled in the plastic!   Apparently  More areas could f...

Ann Frank said paper is more patient then man, she was right.  Paper doesn't get impatient or roll it's eye's, get fed up and irritable etc.   My right side of my neck still causes me pain when I turn my head, left arm hurts from time to time; I really hate my back!  It never used to be this bad, I ride my bike and try to rest where I can, I really need to see a Chiropractor. Apparently D.trump had to leave the White House to go into hospital, probably because the staff want to give the building a deep clean, I hope the ghosts don't mind.  His family including his press secretary have tested positive for the virus. Nottingham and possibly Manchester is the UK's virus hotspot, it's worrying because they are saying the Midlands is now the worst infected.  Looks like Cineworld is axing it's cinemas, the one up aunt Joan,s might go.   That silly MP  Margaret Ferrier who travelled to the House of Commons with Corona virus ( when she sho...

October already where does the time go?  It was on the news this morning that Donald trump has tested positive for Corvid-19, knew it wouldn't be long before it got him; says his sysmptoms are mild.  For now. I went to SP2 with another one of my pictures as Nikki bought one of mine.  I talked to a lady about visitng Tenby, I probably grilled the poor woman.  I met Serve On at the central car park last night, I put my pink shoes on when It should have been walking boots.  It started to rain, with news of storm Alex coming in the following day this doesn't look good.  I rang Craig as i got a bit worried waiting by the boat house, eventually sat by the coach station buildings on the bench.    I saw them pull in, I don't know why they didn't use the big boat as it was never used; they used the small dingy's on the river instead.  i asked why they don't have an electronic pump, they pump up their inflatable boats by a hand pump which would annoy m...
