I've been off air for a while because some things have happened.  Dad fell out of bed again so I had to wait with mum while they took him off to hospital, he was brought back via a taxi in a wheelchair because all the patient transport was unavailiable.  Poor taxi man was quite worn out poor man, so i took dad back to our house,  The stupid paving slabs which stick up didn't help by jolting him, I often trip over them myself. I came to teignmouth yesterday, I love coming down here. I'm only down from Friday to monday but I'm planning to come down longer in June.  I had to change at Exeter Central this time instead of St Davids, have brought umbrella as it's said it's going to be wet. I'm in room four this time, it's quite nice with a ships window as a mirror, the TV signal isn't great but never mind.  My window overlooks a place I stayed called Redsands which is just over the road, a lovely lady called Mrs Bullock used to run that.  She used to have...

On Friday I had an appointment with Parker and Bullen solicitors at 2.00. I've often passed this regency building but never been inside. I'm serious about writing a will, even though people think I'm playing a game. I'm not. I spoke to two very nice ladies, and they were very clear about how much this would cost. It's roughly roundabout the £300 Mark, and £200 after my death if I appoint two of them to become my executors. I might ask Craig and Kim first, but if they refuse then I'll have to have two solicitors to be my witnesses. I wouldn't ask my cousin's, because they would try and block it anyway. I've thought long and hard about what I want to do, I'm determined that Karl is going to get the money that I've saved for him. There is also a load of other things concerning myself, which I would like to happen. Aunt Joan come down today, o was late as usual. Had to send photos to Brian, as per usual he found a problem with one. So I had to s...

I went to Castle point yesterday, I meant to go on Saturday, but dad fell out of bed yet again so mum called the emergency services and I had to abandon it to help mum.  dad came back in a wheelchair via taxi ( all the seven's ). We couldn't get patient transport because it was booked up solid all day, the hospital said dad might have to stay the night if he couldn't get home.   I pushed him in the wheelchair along with the close. The poor taxi driver was exhausted from pushing the chair and said the hill was a nightmare. He almost lost the grip on the handlebars which would have been awful, I didn't tell dad that.  bloody paving stones kept making the chair jerk, they've even tripped me up when running for the bus! I went to Devises for a meeting today, I hate crawling out of bed in the early mornings,  heard glass in the distance being emptied into the bins.  It was a double-decker on the way there, a bit of a nightmare going through the vi...

Driving us mad?

The government are going to bring the army in to help with the petrol crisis, once again Boris Johnson knew this was coming but dithered around as per usual.  It's rumored that prices are going to go up in the shops, I know the price has gone up on a bag of sugar I bought.   Terrible weather Saturday, I was going to the repair cafĂ© in Churchfields but the weather put me off.  Watched 2 movies at parents, a bridge too far and The battle of Britain.  Both great classic movies, I think they could do with a touch of CGI.
