Hi I haven't much time to write as my cousin had been visiting, what a pain that was.  I don't mind me aunt Joan visiting, but my cousin I wish would sling his hook.  The reason being is he's too fond of telling other people what to do and is too controlling which I hate.  They both came down on April 23rd because Alan couldn't get the Easter break because he'd booked too late, never asks but invites himself down.

I did the hoovering and then he called. No how are you etc, just 'your in then, usually your out'  Did the shopping in Tesco no offer to put anything towards it.  rained heavily that night, will do the plants good I hope.

On the Sunday we went to the St George fair in the market square, I saw a friend of mine called Tony so I stopped to talk to him and Alan being Alan, got very stroppy shouting at me to come on.

He can bugger off because I have a right to speak to my friends!  I also saw Caroline the mayor and her husband Tom, I felt very awkward.  Alan says I'm embarrassing but that's calling the kettle black as he still thinks (at 55) he's Gods gift to women and stares at them in an inappropriate way with his tongue sticking out.  I'm sorry but no one wants a fat dirty old man leering at them!

Alan has a low opinion of women and thinks their only there for one thing.

We went to Weymouth, I like Weymouth.  Aunt Joan, mum and aunt Maria used to go down there in the 1950's for their holidays with gran and grandad.  The marina didn't exist then, they stayed in a B&B behind the railway station, but its gone now.

It was Anzac Day, saw lots of uniformed men stood round the memorial; they are mainly Australians and new Zealanders.  Went to my usual café which had the political cutouts of Boris Johnson and the ex health secretary who had been caught snogging another women!  It's under new ownership, so the cut outs have now been removed.

Lot of gang banging among the seagulls, saw a pair of them on a roof bonking merrily away, their so damn noisy about it; I thought it was a dog barking.  It's the breeding sea, bleeding season I call it.

On the Tuesday me and Alan went to Southampton ferry terminal to go to East Cowes, if it wasn't for the sat nave we would have got lost.  Parked in the wrong car park so we moved, the weather was glorious.  We got on board and went right up to the top overlooking the car deck, i thought it would be drafty but it wasn't too bad.  There's a Sainsburys shop on board, quite a pleasant crossing.

Caught a bus to Osbourne house, got Alan in free as a carer as I am the disabled one, doesn't help his attitude.  He gets bored after a while then becomes irritable and starts becoming a pain in the ass, got grumpy as me in the café.  Osbourne House and grounds is awesome but I have decided I am going to return on my own, not with some grumpy controlling idiot who starts arguments for fun.

The walled garden is preparing for the Jubilee in June by growing plants in the shape of letters, it'll look spectacular when its grown.  There were so many things to photo, but grumpy wasn't having none of it.  My hip is also playing up so I had that e-rayed (more on that later).

The rooms in the house are awesome, Queen Victoria had a lift installed in the house, not sure if it still works.  She also had a shower and bath, but I wouldn't have carpet in the bathroom.

It must have taken age's for the bath to fill, everything is increasing in price as the energy bills go up.  Speaking of that, Alan went to sleep in the chair and left my living room light on until 2am!

We went to see the Alpine house which was built for the children of Queen Victoria, it was miles down a gravel track, should of got the bus down but it was a fine afternoon.  we got the bus back through, then my zip jammed on my coat so i couldn't get my glasses out so I wore shades for the rest of that week!  The zip is always getting caught in the liner, so I'll probably not take it to Newquay with me.  I am looking forward to going, but that man who works in the arcade there is the only fly in the ointment. It's a shame because I had no bad feeling towards him but he glares at me although he hates me.

Corf and Swanage are worth visiting, we went by the chain ferry but not before Alan got stroppy with the sat nav for getting lost.  We paid on the other side and Studland, you can hear the chains rattling under the boat.  Studland is stunning and has a nudist beach apparently, lots of posh houses here as well as sandbanks which is known as 'Millionaires Row'.

We drove to Corf though leafy lanes, there's a lot of Ukrainian flags hung up in the village, I was starting to wonder if I was still in the UK.  The only difference here is that it's much safer with no bombs.

Corf castle is very interesting with stunning views of the countryside from the ramparts, it was made a ruin by Oliver cromwell firing guns at it etc.

Went to the model shop cafe because the national trust one was closed.  I heard bells playing a wedding style peal, I joked and said whod getting married.  Alan said 'we are' I said I don't think so and he sukily said thanks; he must be completely round the bend.  Tonya the girlfriend in America doesn't know what he's really like, they talk to each other over Skype.

Went round the model village, once again got Alan in for free, i'm also paying for his car parking expenses!  Muttering under his breath and just generally finding everything to complain about I just ignored him.

The models are a bit like Torquay's one and the garden is stunning, I like the humorous signs they have for the shops.  Went down to the station as a train was pulling out, Alan rudly told me in no uncertain tones he wasn't interested; no wonder he hasn't got any friends.

We also went to the wildlife park, if it wasn't for the sat nav we wouldn't have found the way.  I saw my friend Emma who was also taking photos like me, I expect she won't get shouted at. Due to Covid the bytterfly garden has closed, such a shame because it was lovely.

There was some boar and cute piglets with strips, I've been here with Lifestyles before they disbanded, wevisited Lyndhurst afterwards which had lots of Ukranian flags; lots of sponsors have taken lots of familie's on.  But it's the complicated visas that have made everything difficult.
