Another unusual Saturday
Awoke up at 5.50am with a thumping headache, it was just getting light, I have to paracetamol carefully as it's getting scarce; especially the Calpol. I don't like getting up early at the best of times, but the pain was awful. It's still there a little bit.
Went to M & S, bit more windier this morning, wasn't so busy as it usually is on a Saturday. I saw two elderly people, who shouldn't have been out at all. One man was pushing a walker and was with his wife, even the lady handing out baskets said he shouldn't have been out.
Went round Tesco's and forgot the soup, I'm so damed forgetful it's unbelievable! I get cross with myself I really beat myself up. So I waited Iceland who only had one tin of vegetable big soup, found a tin eventually round Poundland.
Apparently rumours are going round saying that the virus' could peak within the next two weeks, be glad when it's all over and we can all get back to normal.
Why did this have to happen to the UK? If the government had not dithered and been a bit quicker, we could have avoided all this shit. It'll soon turn from a lockdown into material law!
Experts say Britain's coronavirus outbreak could peak as early as next Sunday with the lockdown over by summer. I'm not holding my breath, they said WW1 was going to be over by Christmas, but it wasn't. Apparently New York is fast becoming a world epicentre for Covid-19, and Spain's death toll is rising to 5,690 today, with 919 dying on the deadliest day yet for Italy yesterday. Neigbours are now being asked to report people who break the lock down law.
A Princess of Spain has become the world’s Royal Family member to die from coronavirus which is shocking. She was 86yrs, Prince Charles is isolating in Scotland.

This building shown above is one of the UK's new coronavirus hospitals. It's the new NHS Nightingale hospital built by the Defence Force to help treat London’s coronavirus patients. ExCel London, an exhibition and convention centre, it's a bit like the NEC in Birmingham. 500 beds equipped with ventilators and oxygen will be used to treat the seriously ill, and possibly the dying.

The hospital will open next week to provide extra critical care capacity in the capital, where the NHS is most stretched. How will history understand us 100yrs from now?

I'm seeing a lot more people wearing masks in Salisbury now, while I was queing by the Tesco in Wilton Road a couple of cyclists came by wearing masks. Some of the staff in Tesco metro wear them, there's tape on the shop floor indicating how far away each customer should stand.
I'm terrified of catching it and I hope and pray to God he can look out for me, and all of us.
