Thursday

Cleaned the bathroom this morning after having some toast, I found some flash wipes silver Dettol wipes are originally was going to use I put away in the drawer.

Spent the rest of the afternoon trying to put Windows Defender on my laptop, I'm thinking of upgrading the laptop one day when this is all over. as usual the updates getting stuck, so I remove all my pictures that I had on my laptop and I had to keep restarting repeatedly.

Went for a walk around the cathedral close to clear my head, then Gary from Mind rang me up which was a nice surprise. I miss all the guys at the Mind group, so I go up there for the company in for other people to talk to cause I get very lonely in my flat sometimes.

I rang up Craig from Serve On to set up Zoom on my laptop, I tried installing the McAfee on my laptop. I'm a bit annoyed because the key number which was on the back hidden under the tape was pulled off by the tape, so now I can't see the serial number properly. Windows Defender will have to do for now.

I used the zoom at 7:30, I was a bit nervous about using it but it worked out ok. from the comfort of my armchair, I can speak to the other guys and see them on the camera. We had a break at 8.00, so I went downstairs and knocked on the door to see if she was clapping for the NHS at evening. she said she wasn't because she had to wait in for her carer, so I went round the back door where I met some of the others.

I could hear clapping coming from the direction of the Friary, we did clapping. Upstairs banged, saucepan. Had a good laugh, it was s bit chilly.

I got back to my meeting, I could hear her voice is as I was coming up the stairs. All throughout the meeting I never felt lonely was like having other people in the room with me. When it was over the room felt silent and deserted and then I did feel bit lonely again. But we'll have another meeting next Thursday which I will look forward to.

a lot of people in Salisbury are using video links now that's why the signal keeps coming and going. I noticed the BBC are using zoom a lot as well. The only fly in the ointment is but the free version only gives you 40 minutes. I'm just going to use zoom for serve on, and Skype for friends and family.
