Awoke to the sound of breaking glass this morning, on a Friday? Rubbish day is usually on the Wednesday. Roasting hot yesterday, I think I caught the sun whilst waiting by Tesco. I went to Aldi on Wednesday, never again. That London road is bumpy and lethal, there's no cycle path and lorries hurtle along it at god knows what speed. I decided to go back through Laverstock village which is a lot safer, my parents were going to get a house in Laverstock but opted for Bemerton Heath instead I wonder how life would have been had we gone there instead of Bemerton Heath.
Sat round cathedral gardens yesterday which was lovely, I watch star trek classic series every evening, so I'll think I'll record that because the weather is nice today. I would have gone down Bournemouth yesterday had it not been due to this lock down, I'm really missing the seaside at the moment. Lots of Robins like to furrige around cathedral close, its lovely the birdsong.
I started finishing off my shoe rack, mum helped start it off for me, it's a bit of a sod getting all the bars to fit, my old one kept falling over so I'll get rid of that one. Had some peaches and cream yesterday which was yummy, getting another tin as the cream needs using up.
The first vaccination tests for Corona have been trialed, be months before we know if it works or not. Also it was St George's day yesterday, usually Salisbury puts on a show in the market square, but not this year because of the lock-down. I'd forgotten it was St Georges day, I guess Wales will have to miss St David's day too.
Hairdressers will not be open for 6 month's, so we are all going to have long hair, feel sorry for anyone who can't get their roots done.
