Today I odered a stool for the bath, because everytime I use the shower and I bend down to remove the hairs from the plug, my blasted back goe's and i'm in pain for the rest of the day.  I'm turning into an old fogey with a disability, I already have a frame round the toilet; not just the old that gets bits falling off you know.

It was a bit of a sod to find the areain the first place, churchfields estate is like a maze with a warren of streets, it's hard to believe it was once farmland, I've only ever seen one photo of it as fields; it shows a man with a shire horse plaughing a field.  The area must have looked different then, without the lorrie's and cars thundering past like they do now a days.

Anyway it feels good to be out cycling again, I couldn't ride up parents yesterday because the weather was a bit stormy, I hate being rained up (unless it's a hot day)  I'm like a crashing butterfly .

Bramwell – Jemma Redgrave News

Watched Dr Bramwell which was very good, she was the first victorian lady doctor and ran a hosipital in the eastEnd called the thrift, they don't waste anytime telling you how things were.  The first episode a woman caught syphallis off her husband, a terrible disease which can lay dorment for years before rearing it's ugly head to drive you made.  I do like period drama's, I'm in the salisbury Steam Pinks but it's hard to find any gear and I feel like the 'odd one out'.

I'm looking forward to the new all creatures great and small serie's, I'm readig the books on my kindle at the moment.  It's a way of life we'll never see again, parts of devon and Cornwall are like that too.  No traffic just the sheep and cows calling out in the fields, the wind in the tree's and the gulls flying overhead.  No bloody planes or cars to ruin the silence, just the sea breaking against the rocks.  I can also burp and fart loudly, har har!!

I'm just wondering if there is a Cornish version of all creatures great and small, what would Cornwall have been like in the 1930's?

It looks like Birmingham is on the way to lockdown now.  It keeps spreading because people are ignoring the law and flouting it, they think it's more important to party instead!  Every shop I go into now has sanistiser, the one at the museum smells like bubble gum.  Apparently people keep having mass secret gatherings up in Birmingham, and people report them to the police.
