Wednesday 23rd September

Things are not looking good as the virus infection rate is going up again.  Hundreds of uni students at
Abertay University in Dundee have to isolate as they have tested postive for the virus.

There's been 486 cases already in Scotland in the past 24hrs which is really frightening; households have been banned from mixing from today.  Apparently the students are bored self isolating as that's where things go wrong.

Back home ehere, I went to SP2 for the first time since March.  the sofa has been removed and screens have gone up, doesn't look family friendly anymore but I'm glad of the company.  I saw Hannah today but the screen seperating us made it hard for us to hear what we were saying.

The rain letrally belted down at about 1.00, I hope my plants were ok?  I had to stand the Peach rose up again; Erins hopefully going to give it a good home.  I spoke to a guy who works as a porter at the railway station and who also had a bike accident when his wheel slipped on oil, he actually broke a bone which must have been awful.

I'm going to have to stop wearing shorts soon as it's getting colder, I'm dreading the winter as this damned virus will be rampent and more deadly!

The prim minister did a speece at 8pm last night, I didn't watch as I am too worried about being depressed.  Yesterday Boris Johnson warned the nation that "your cough could be someone else's death knell" and I'm afraid to says he's bloody right!

People are starting to stockpile and that makes me very angry.  Why don't Tesco etc do something FFS!  Yesterday, the Prime Minister announced a raft of tougher measures to stop the spread of the virus but held off from another national lockdown.  Why doesn't he come out with tougher measures for panic buyers?

It's assholes like this that make me fucking cross!

Supermarket workers were even abused by selfish customers with one staff member even breaking down in tears while on the job. This is disgusting behaviour. did people act like this during the war?
