I haven't had much chance to write lately as I couldn't get near a PC, so I'm using my phone before I forget.
Last night Wiltshire was in tier 2, but at Midnight we are now in tier 3! I'm a bit sad, as this means SP2 community cafe can't open now due to restrictions; so people who are lonely and need to chat can't now.
I spent Christmas with my parents. I had a load of washing to do, ran out of airing space do I parked the bedsheets outside for a couple of hours.
I got annoyed as I was late and still had to pack my trolley. I'm still in two minds about whether to get a heated airer, 6p an hour.
Had a headache on christmas day, I put some decorations up, even though mum didn't want me to. I didn't sleep until dawn practically.
7000 people died of the virus on Christmas Day, ambulances were treating people in the carparks. They have closed Salisbury hospital to visitors, apart from the end of life care visitors.
The hospital was mentioned in the daily mirror, like a war zone up there. Five people have died due to covid up there. The Oxford virus which had been approved should start rolling out soon, I hope they haven't rushed it. Will Young the singer has covid-19, watched him on the super vet when he brought his dog in.
Watched carry on films like carry on loving and carry on Dr Carry on camping made me laugh, especially the escaped Myna bird who perched by a hen house, and then asked one of the chickens to 'show me your knickers!'
Lots of war films on Boxing Day including Operation Crossbow, and heroes of Telemark.
Storm Bella whistled in that evening, I could hear the wind in the trees like an express train going past. Bloody greenhouse blew over, even though it had gravel ballast in! Some parts of the UK had bad flooding and snow, hope we don't get snow as I hate it.
Fog covered the estate this morning, suns coming out now.
