Glorious sunny day today, while waiting at the bus stop  I saw two magpies having a conversation.  I don't speak magpie but they seemed to be answering each other in their language, I'm very superstitious and salute when I see a magpie.  People probably think I'm nuts, but who cares. Lovely pink clouds last night as I waited for the bus home, I can see Harnham from the top of Festival Avenue and the TV mast. Television sets stopped working once one evening all over Salisbury because a cow was rubbing her bum against the mast, wonder she didn't get electrocuted.

Vaccinations of over 50's people are happening quickly now, I'm hoping to get mine soon.  I'm thinking of visiting Teignmouth in May Monday-Fri, and then Fri-Monday in Exmouth.

It will be chaotic in June-July, if people behave themselves then we can get out of this, bet I guarantee you there will be Covid idiots who'll try and wreck it.  The government say pub gardens could open as early as April 12th, June 21st looks like the D-day when we could get back to normal if covid idiots don't ruin it.  I saw a white camper van trying to park up in the carpark in the canal this morning, I was a bit suspect but I can't judge.

There is building work on Blue boar Row, I heard a load of drilling last night.  One part of the road has been freshly tarmacked, a bit bumpy in places.

Lady Gaga's dog got dog-napped last night the person walking it got shot.  She's offered a reward but I doubt if she'll see it again, probably be used for dog fighting or she'll get a huge ransom.  Lady Gaga is an American rock singer with some strange dress sense, tries to copy David Bowie sometimes.

Captain Tom Moore is being laid to rest tomorrow, soldiers from the Yorkshire Regiment will carry his coffin; sometimes I am angry that the Chinese virus got him.  Churches around the UK will ring the bells at noon, on his tomb, it will say 'I told you I was old'.  We'll all miss him but we'll see him again.

I'm looking forward to spring when I can visit the seaside again and sit in the sun watching the world go by..
