Today is international women's Day, also the day at 5pm when the president of Ukraine addressed a packed house of Commons from a large TV screen

A lot of them were sitting there with headphones, listening to the interpretation of the horror unfolding in Russia. They gave him a standing ovation, everyday terrible news is printed in the papers

Putin's already tried to bomb the largest nuclear power station in Europe, mum says he's worse then Hitler; I can believe that.

To top is all two solders from England, one a Coldstream guard have eloped and gone AWOL! They've gone to fight in Ukraine so if they get captured they will be accused of being spies. And Sputin Putin will say the UK have declared war, then he'll press the button or lever what ever it is.

Went to the community cafĂ© this morning, Pippa who was going to give me some contacts wasn't in. Met up with some others, went over to the Pantry partnership. For £5 people can choose their food, meant for people on low incomes

There were 2 people in the line I don't like, they probably thought I was talking about them. But if they knew what I was really talking about they'd be very worried.

One of those soldiers who vanished from Salisbury to Ukraine used to help in the pantry before he joined up. Salisbury is synonymous with the Russians, because of the Scripple affair in 2018.

Civilians are being bombed out there, then there's the sirens....

A newsreader was broadcasting when they went off, eerie sounding. Then he had to flee as they were evacuating people. A lot of them are sheltering in bunkers, one teacher who's English has bravely volunteered to stay with his Ukrainian wife.

MacDonald's have stopped selling in Russia, and a lot of Russian bank accounts have been frozen. The supermarkets here have suspended Russian goods. I'm cross with China as they are supporting Russia, they spread viruses and support tyrants
