Life is changing all the time, things are happening overnight. There's E-scooters in Bournemouth and Southampton,  people just power it via an app on their phones and away they go.

Me and Annamaria went on a Titanic tour in Southampton on Saturday. Weather was muggy, the X3 now stops outside the station.  The train was packed full of holiday makers all going to Portsmouth and Southampton.  Apparently there's a deal on one of the cruise ships to go to France for the weekend for £350, have to check that out.

There were 5 cruise liners in, one was The Princess of the Seas, the other a P&O with the union Jack on the bow and a star. These boats are enormous today compared to the days of the Titanic.

We got a taxi to the pub called The Platform Inn, where some of the Titanic crew drank and stayed before that fateful voyage in 1912.

Inside the smell of hops was strong, also dark. The tour guide was in red with matching hat, bit windy outside. The IOW ferry was in full swing taking people to Cows.

We went to where the wealthy stayed who came down by London in 1912. Now private flats, but the grand staircase can still be seen. There was a P&O liner in, sounded the horn as were were by the Grapes pub. Sounded like tunes, all car alarms went off.

I was in Teignmouth once with my hands over my ears, when the horns of the fishing boats went off.  I miss Teignmouth, going back in August.

Went to the White Star offices where families gathered to see lists of survivors. There's a much bigger building up the road, where mail was sorted out for dispatch to the US.

I've found out where London C Exchange is,  it's by the Bargate. Life has changed dramatically since 1912, the ship would have passed Osborne House.
