I've come back to Teignmouth for a week and a weekend, I'm very worried about my PIP as the DWP are stopping or reducing lots of people's so this could be the last time I visit here for a while which will devastate me.   If I'm taken off PIP I'm worried I could be put on Universal Credit from ESA and expected to find work, what work?  There's nothing out there except cleaning and shit no one else wants to do.  I couldn't work anyway because of my anxiety and back condition, the assessor at Fountain way made me feel like a scrounger trying to avoid work; what does she know? The weather has been very varied, I think we got all the seasons in one day I think.  The Gulf stream has been stuck for month's so that summer has stayed in Europe and it's been like a  constant mild rainy Autumn here.  Also Greece and many other European countries have had wildfires due to climate change, supposed to get warmer here during the week, ony time will tell. I ...

I have arrived in Teignmouth, it feels strange that I was in Cornwall and now I'm here.   I went to Porth beach on my last day, it was lovely and hot.  I got the bus to the stop just up from the Mermaid pub, i had to quickly use the bathroom first ( betcha you really wanted to know that didn't you? ) The slipway from the old Lifeboat station on Newquay faces the beach, it's no longer used. I went to Tintagel on the Bude bus, it takes 3 hrs to get to Bude!  Tintagel is one long street with many shops, I decided to seek Tintagel Castle hotel out because of my mobility problems I didn't want to do the castle; but the hotel overlooks it.  Passed two lovely mares in their field, one of them was dapple gray; I don't know if they appreciated the lovely view from their field of the ocean.  I t was very windy so I had to be careful my hat didn't blow off, just as well I shaved my armpits. I have my PIP review on Wednesday and it's been han...

People come into my life, people leave and I never see them again.  I haven't been able to write because I was having problems connecting to the WIFI at The Westward guesthouse, I feel guilty having to ask Rachel to keep rebooting it.  A car alarm from the car park just up the road kept going off last night about 11.30am, I heard voices of annoyed guests.  I've met a nice couple from Birmingham, although they sound like they are from Yorkshire, there's a lot of people from Yorkshire and Manchester here it seems.  The couple left today and gone to Paignton, I'm off to Teignmouth when its my turn. St Ives I went to St ives which was an experience I can tell you, we were supposed to get there at 1.00, but the bus was very late and we got there about 1.30.  I was worried I wouldn't have much time to do things, I walked briskly down the hill and came upon a lovely tea shop at the bottom by the church called The Market tea shop.  See things happen ...

I went to Truro yesterday as I wasn't sure of the weather, it's warm today with slate skies.  I stopped off at the arts cafe which is next to the museum and had a sausage roll and salad, why does there have to be pepper in everything?  Had a bit of the grip because i am taking 2 prunes at night before bed and 2 in the morning, to stop constipation that usually happens with the change of water.   I wandered round the cathedral which is such a fascinating building, it was built during the Victorian period.  Found some Blu-ray films, so I've posted them, dad said they arrived this morning.  For my walk last night I went round Trenance Gardens to photograph the roses, there's a lot of plants that grow here but not in the rest of the UK.  Trenance cottages. I went to Perrenporth today, it was gray and misty.  I travelled round on the land train first which was good, It goes all around Newquay and up to Fistral beach by the Atlantic Hotel where the Beat...

Another sunny morning, it was a bit breezy when I stood outside the front door. I have met some nice people at the hotel, two if them went back to Cheshire this morning.  I walked to the bus station and got the bus to Fowey ( said as Foy ), went through a lot of villages; Trispen one of which had various flags of different countries. Ukraine, Canada, UK,  some I didn't recognize. We stopped at St Austell  by the rail station, I got the bus to Heligan Gardens from here last year. Got off at the top of a steep hill and walked down into the town, Fowey isn't very big; 2hrs and you've seen it all. I went to a cafĂ© called Sugar and had a brew, I sat upstairs; stairs were a bit of a struggle. I had a pizza for lunch, I couldn't finish it off so I boxed the rest. I got a shuttle bus from the church, £2 to get ferried round windy narrow roads. One of my biggest worries is about my PIP. I'm worried sick they'll cut me off again because I'm not ' disabled ' en...

I have come down to Newquay again which is my favourite place to be.  I went to a karaoke the night before at 57 Brown Street which is only across the road from my house, I wasn't sure if I wanted to go yet as I was a bit worried about getting things ready for my journey. It was a good night, I made some friends with some other girl's.  I did get up and sing a song by Kean ( oh Crystal ball ) I still feel my voice is too high.  Some lads sang 'I feel like a woman ' by Shania Twain, they literally slaughtered it as they had the mikes too close.  The speakers kept buzzing which hurt my ears, and I thought my singing was bad.   The following morning my neighbor Dan helped me take my case down stairs, I couldn't do it because of my back problems.  The weather was brilliant, but I was convinced it would be more breezier in Cornwall, what adventures I had. I changed trains at Exeter St David's, then the train got cancelled at Plymouth!  I couldn't hear ...

I again haven't had much time to write, so I'll start from recent.  Today is the trooping of the colours in London, the weather has really heated up so those poor soldiers must be baking!  I like the heat so I get rattled when people start complaining, we've waited a long time for this, so when it comes people start bloody moaning. I went to Bournemouth on Thursday, it wasn't as packed as I thought it would be.  There was a tragedy on Wednesday when me and Alan went to Waymouth, two people drowned after being caught in a rip.  Ten people got into trouble that day, some of them were jumping off the pier which I've seen before, I've reported it before but no one's taken any notice; now an incident has taken place.  The Dorset bell was impounded for investigation and they arrested a man for manslaughter who was later released. It must be terrible for the families, one came from Buckinghamshire; people don't expect to lose people on a day out....
